The Fergus Falls Farmers Market is more than a market – it is an experience and a community of producers dedicated to sustainable, local food. The market is enjoyed by 100’s of guests per week doing their weekly shopping or visiting us from out of town.

We continue to grow every season and we need your support to ensure that our market continues to thrive. Our market is a non-profit organization. We rely on financial contributions to sustain our market and cover the season’s expenses.

In seasons past, much of our funding has come from the support of our generous sponsors and vendor fees. We have been fortunate enough to obtain a few grants to cover signage, permits, the initial year of programs such as SNAP and EBT and other minimal expenses such as printing and advertising. We want to do so much more for the community and are offering, for the first time, an opportunity for businesses and individuals to participate in the future growth of the market thru our Friends of the Market program.
Become a Friend

As a friend, you make an investment in the market that you love. Your donations help us continue to build our community and foster stronger ties between the area’s food producers and consumers. To become a Friend of the Market, all you need to do is make a donation in any amount – it’s that easy.

We’ve established some pre-set contribution amounts just to make things a little easier, but you don’t have to choose from our pre-set amounts. Any contribution is helpful and very much appreciated.

What information we’ll need

When you complete the donation form, we ask that you let us know if you would like to make an anonymous donation, or whether you would like your donation to be public. Public donations might be acknowledged on our Facebook page, on this website, in various publications and other market-related venues.
.

We ask for very little information on the form itself, just the level at which you’d like to donate, whether you’d like to remain anonymous, your name, mailing address, phone number and email so that we may contact you regarding the donation. At this time, we are not taking online donations so we will contact you after you have complete the form to make arrangements for the actual donation.
